Condition

The Iris Edit sources offers vintage products as well as new. We choose items with care, however some vintage products will show signs of wear, we aim to capture this in our imagery. Please bear this in mind when shopping vintage.

Excellent condition/Like new: Excellent condition. No scratches, marks, or wear and tear.

Good condition: A used item, with little sign of wear and tear. 

Vintage or antique condition: A used item, with patina, marks or signs of age.

Shipping

All available items are sent out for delivery within 3 days of purchase, if you are expecting a Made To Order or Bespoke delivery, please allow 4-8 weeks.

For UK mainland customers, shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending upon the size of the item.

We don't usually ship outside of the UK, but if you would like something shipped Internationally, please get in touch.

Returns

Vintage Returns are accepted within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery costs, providing the item is returned in its original condition. 

Made to order & Bespoke Returns are not accepted unless due to manufacturing fault or defect.
